The constitution of this network was proposed by the Municipality of Braga consisting of a European working group in the youth field. This project aims the continuous exchange of experiences and networking regarding youth policies that must be made between the towns honoured with the title of European Youth Capital. The participation in this group is a very important vehicle to continuously and internationally publicize the activity of the Municipality in this field. It’s based on a regime of rotating presidencies held simultaneously by two cities. Currently, the network’s presidency is held by Braga and Ganja.
Entities: Municipalities of Braga, Turin (Italy), Cluj-Napoca (Romania), Maribor (Slovenia), Ganja (Azerbaijan), Thessaloniki (Greece) and Varna (Bulgaria).
